Eric is a great Realtor and most importantly a great person.. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house. I will only buy and sell with him period. He was excellent to work with and went above and beyond to help me in my critical situation I was in. Thank you Eric for everything.

Eric is absolutely fantastic to work with. He helped us navigate the process as first time homebuyers and he made the process very smooth and took the time to explain each step of the process so we fully understood what was going on. He was also available at any time when we questions come up or needed his help.

We were living out of state and Eric would FaceTime us so we could see the houses we were interested in. Eric went above & beyond expectations during this process, looking in every nook and cranny of houses we thought we would be interested in. He's very knowledgeable and works hard to help in every aspect of home buying. Bob and I would highly recommend Eric! He's really the best!

Eric Ropp was great. This property was a hard sell and he was able to get us a deal. He was very communicative and more than willing to do what it took to get this sold, even for a small deal.

I can't recommend Eric enough. He's an absolute expert in his field, and willing to go above and beyond for his clients. Eric is very attentive, responsive, and astute. He's fantastic at making sure the difficult aspects of the home-buying process aren't felt by his clients; he put in the work to make sure the experience was easy for us.

Eric never made me feel like an inconvenience, even when I'd occasionally call or text him at unreasonable hours. Anytime he sent us communication or documents to sign, he explained everything thoroughly and it seemed like his sole focus was making sure we were informed and comfortable. He makes it very clear that he's willing to work for you. I never had second thoughts about hiring him, and I'll absolutely recommend him to everyone I can.

The entire process went much smoother than I expected as a first time home buyer!

I didn't have one complaint. Eric was always knowledgeable and quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. He offered input as requested and made me feel comfortable and well equipped for each step of the process! His insight, attention to my specific needs, and negotiation skills really set him apart from others. I know who ill be calling for future sales/purchases.

Previous experience with broker was the number one reason for reaching out to him directly.

Everything happened quickly and in line with the timeline/expectation that we wanted and discussed. Full communication though the process was great.

We can't say enough about the level of integrity that Eric brings to the table. Would absolutely recommend his services and will lean on his knowledge in the future.
