I have been looking to get a rental property for a few years and finally came around to pulling the trigger. Eric has talked with me over the years about the idea of getting rental properties and was always super informative, up to date, and enthusiastic about helping me find the right property.

Eric was so supportive and patient during our 3 years of trying to find the right house for us. Every time we wanted to see a house, he was very attentive and helpful.
