I had originally simply attempted to start my VA loan approval process, being in a divorce. Not thinking that I'd fully be involved in a home search. Within moments, Wade called me to work out the details. He understood, after hearing what my situation was, and curtailed his search and aspects to best fit my needs. He took the time to learn about me and my story and to work within the parameters of my budget. He spoke to me as a friend and not a client. And FULLY advised me accordingly. Even after purchasing my home, he has contacted me to ensure that I have purchased, not only what I could afford but what I wanted. The level of customer service and concern, from Wade, has made me realize I will NEVER go to anyone outside of Wade. He is an example as to what Century 21 should be, and should be fully coaching other realtors on the level of service for future realtors. I have and will continue to recommend him. Absolutely amazing experience.

I believe my comments as reflected in the body of the survey clearly detail our view of Mr. Cleary and his staff and his dedication of purpose to finding us the perfect (or a near to perfect) new home.
