I have an investment property in Clifton downtown that I wanted to sell and through a referral I got in touch with Aaron. The first meeting with him was amazing, and I though to myself, what a great guy.
So we start an email thread of what has to be done. We are all in agreement(there are 3 owners).
He gives great updates to the group of how things are going great, how we are going to have the listing on the market in a week, how his team took aerial photos of the property, analysis, etc.
Well The day came and went, no listing was done, no documents were ever presented, nothing was sent over for us to sign. It has been 10 days since his last contact even after repeat emails and calls from us, its like he dissipated into thin air. And the property is not cheap, he would have seen a commission in the 30k range. And who in their right mind would just bail on something like that? In any case I would not recommend him based on his lack of response.

I will readjust the review when he communicates back to us, I really hope he has a good excuse, but until then my review will stand.

I tried to buy a house from Aaron 3 or so years ago but he refused to sell to me because he didn't think it was the right house for me. He just sold us an absolutely amazing house and made the buying process incredibly stress free. He listened closely to our needs and made us a list of great houses and then once we found the one we wanted he got everything done incredibly fast. We beat out another offer and still came in well below our budget and got everything in the house fixed that we wanted fixed. His support team was also incredible, taking care of everything with as much speed and caring as Aaron. Buying a home doesn't have to be a stressful situation, Aaron actually made it enjoyable.

Aaron is great! Bought a condo in Fairfield from him in December! First time buying and he helped me out during the whole process any time of day or night I had questions he had the anwser! He will definitely be my realtor when I move again!
