In this day and age of complicated multi-party contingent real estate deals that can blow up in your face, you really need a fighter like Abe Safa in your corner!

Abe Safa really went beyond the call for us when two of our closings were cancelled by the contingent buying parties along with other mismanaged transactions caused by the contingent buying parties as well. This caused us the seller a myriad of financial problems. Abe is truly an exemplary agent who came to the rescue for us. We really couldn't ask for a better realtor.
