This sale was happening while I was several states away and Alex was a reassurance to have working for me. He did what had to be done to make the presentation and sale of the property happen, as well as making it a good and ho-hassle experience for me. His timely communication was also extremely helpful since communication in today's modern society is mediocre at best. I don't know, perhaps Alex doesn't take on too many clients and that's why he's able to provide personal, timely service, or perhaps he's just really good at it. I was dreading working with a Real Estate Agent, but Alex proved that there's still hope out there of having good experiences. Thanks!

Alex sold my home in Orange County this past May. The home went into escrow at over asking price one week after it was put on the market. I greatly appreciated his no nonsense style of communication. He presented the facts as they were then stepped back to allow me time to discuss with my fiancé. He was always incredibly respectful of our privacy while showing the house, always being sure to confirm showing times worked well for us. Alexander Piana was the best agent. I never felt rushed or pressured, he was patient and friendly. Super knowledgeable on all aspects. I understood what I was signing when I had to sign, if I ever had questions he was there to answer me. He was on top of everything. I will definitely use him again if I ever purchase another home and he will always be my first choose for recommendation if a friend or family are looking for an agent. Purchasing a home for me had its ups and downs and there was a moment where I was given the no but Alexander never gave up on my family and thanks to him I now have a place to call home and my children have a house to make memories in. Alex is very dedicated, experienced, and knowledgeable in making sure you are comfortable with all steps in the home buying process. As a first time home buyer I definitely felt overwhelmed and confused at times, but Alex was extremely helpful and responsive to alleviate my concerns, and made my home buying experience as smooth and quick as can be.
