Angel Hill is an AMAZING Real Estate Agent to work with. She was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable with asking her any questions that I had during the home buying process. She was always prompt in responding to my phone calls, texts and emails, typically responding within a matter of minutes. I truly felt that she had my best interest in mind during the negotiation process as she "went to bat" on my behalf a couple of times with agents of potential homes. Thanks to Angel and her OUTSTANDING negotiation skills, I was able to outbid a NUMBER of potential buyers (about 15) to obtain my DREAM HOME!! I am soooo very thankful to have found such a wonderful agent and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Angel was extremely knowledgeable and very prompt whenever i text'd or emailed her any questions or concerns. My wife and i are new home buyers and she made the process very painless, taking the time to answer each and every little question i had, even repeated questions. She often brought up issues or things during the home searching process that i never would have thought to ask, some of which i feel saved me some annoyances had i purchased the house. My wife and i felt she was on our side and had our best purchasing interests in mind. She stayed within our budget range and never sprung hidden clauses or fees on us. She was very open with everything.

Great Negotioation skills and responsiveness The house had many issues and she was able to get those issues fixed by the sellar and close the deal. Most agents would have given up by she got the deal done .

My Fiance and I found Angel randomly while searching for our first home and we couldn't have been more blessed. She by far made this experience wonderful. She was always there when we need her and worked above and beyond our expectations. If we called her or texted her she always answered very quickly and always had our best intention in mind.
