She also made sure our attorney and we were abreast of changes in viewing homes and temporary certificate of occupancy due to the pandemic. Audra was fantastic to work with from the start. Buying a home took a lot of coordination, and Audra made us feel calm and informed throughout. She took extra steps to research anything needed, and was always prompt to respond to our (numerous) questions. Even after closing she offered to be available to answer questions about the neighborhood. It seems she was born to do this kind of work, and we are so happy to have had her support in purchasing our first home!
