Brian was a pleasure to work with over the course of our home hunting. The challenge was we flew in from Arizona and had time restrictions. He arranged viewings based on the criteria we had given him. He was timely and flexible. He was able to adjust options based on our feedback (likes and dislikes) This enabled him schedule the appropriate homes.

Brian Monahan was the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. I had been working with another agent before him, for 4 months and had gotten knocked out of the ballpark with every offer. He actually got me under contract in 9 DAYS! He's absolutely AMAZING! You won't find another agent as fabulous as he is! If you're looking for an agent who will listen and pay attention to your needs, stay focused and diligent, look no further, you have found him. Not exactly sure how we hooked up with Brian, but real nice guy and easy to talk with. Think he did right by us during this process.

Can't say enough good about him. Would most likely contact him again when we decide to .over back down.
