I worked with Candace on a house in Grand Prairie that closed this March. This was an investment deal and my experience with her was professional, easy to work with and I would 10/10 do business with her again. Title on this house was a bit difficult but Candace made sure both the title agents and the sellers were on track and got everything in they needed to clear title and get this one closed. Professional, responsive and a pleasure to do business with. Hopefully we'll connect on another house in the future!

So this amazing woman calls me out of the blue because I had filled out some online thing looking for a realtor. When I first talked to her she immediately had a unique positive energy about her and was so pumped to help me and my spouse find our first home. She is a trooper! In my opinion are the pickiest people ever we made this woman go to over 50 houses. I swear! She actually found the house we ended up picking to be the home we raise our two little girls in. She was so caring and attentive to our needs while we looked. She would respond as soon as she could, and she always kept us in the know of what was going on throughout our experience. Hands down I would recommend her over, and over again. Great realtor to work with!

Candace is the BEST! She was determined from the beginning to help us get in a house by the end of the year when our lease was up. We got married in September, and we’re beginning to stress out because of this market and wedding planning. She assured us that we would be able to look and find something after the wedding and told us not to worry. Sure enough, on October 16, I texted her saying we were ready to get out there & really start looking. 10 days later, we had an offer accepted!! We ended up closing in less than three weeks.
