I would recommend any friends or family to use Carol Lynn Seifert in the future if they are looking to purchase a home. Carol Lynn made the whole buying process a breeze and very stress-free. She knew the whole area very well so was able to give great insight. She was always on time and looking to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Carol Lynn is very knowledgeable, honest, fun, personable, attentive, very responsive - at any time of the day, endlessly patient and incredible generous with her time (including morning, evenings and weekends). She answered all our questions and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. I appreciated having her every step of the way in buying my home.
