Hi! I'm Chance, Team Leader of Gibbs Real Estate Group! I grew up on a farm in Olney, Texas, but I've lived in Denton County since 2010. I moved here after graduating from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, and I love it! I represent clients throughout the area, with buyers and sellers ranging from eastern and central DFW, down to Burleson, up to Denton, over to Wichita Falls, and even back to my hometown of Olney. I currently reside in Denton. Aside from being one of the top 500 real estate agents in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I have been named a Top 3 finalist for Best Real Estate Agent in “Best of Denton” for the past four years in a row. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling with my wife, Sarah, working out, hanging out with friends and family, and producing independent horror films through my film company, Bar G Moving Pictures.
