Decided to leave a review for future applicants: please do not submit an application without speaking with them first, and that’s if they answer. I really wanted this house, but communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I repeatedly called and texted Alexa, and my calls were never answered while the texts I received were vague.

It honestly felt like a money grab for application fees, especially since they appeared to already have another applicant in mind and did not disclose that until after we had already paid and submitted our application. If there were multiple applicants or negotiations happening, transparency upfront would have been appreciated. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and frustrated.

I almost never leave bad reviews, but this company — and Alexa in particular — has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. Communication is a nightmare; days go by before she bothers to respond. To make matters worse, she tried to tack on a bogus $1,800 “advertising fee” that does not exist anywhere in my lease. I read it front to back — it’s simply not there. This is not just unprofessional, it feels dishonest and predatory. Alexa comes across as greedy and completely indifferent to tenants. She’s far more concerned about padding her commission than doing her job with integrity.

My experience with Alexa was awful. Upon my initial application presented by my real estate agent for a property on Youpon. I was informed of an issue. I fixed the issue and sent over the required documents. Alexa refused to acknowledge the receipt of the documents and proceeded to be rude and short over email with my real estate agent. I then asked repeatedly for her to check the documentation, as did my real estate agent, and she refused to respond to me and even blocked my phone number because I upsettingly asked her why she hadn’t responded to my real estate agent after we had sent numerous emails. I then sent another email after the required documents were sent as to why she was being unprofessional and what we could do to remedy the situation. Where she then informed my agent since I sent her an email and had an issue with the way she had treated us poorly, she said I wouldn’t be a good fit. Not because I didn’t qualify, but because I asked why we were being treated unfairly. The lack of communication she displayed and her lack professionalism leads me to believe that she is being rude for no reason. I will be contacting the home owner and informing them that she isn’t going her job fairly or professionally. Also, if you own a home, your best interest isn’t her first priority. All Alexa needed to do was let us know what forms we needed to let it run smoothly. I will be forwarding all of her emails to the homeowner this afternoon. Let it be known I qualify under all circumstances to rent this house and instead of her apologizing for being rude, maybe she was having a bad day, acknowledging that she couldn’t have handled things differently instead of shutting us out because we called her out. It’s not ok to treat people this way.

Alexa and Jonn have managed our rental property for the past two years, and last month sold our rental home.
We had gotten a positive referral on them, and they are exactly what we had hopped for in a management company: everything running seamlessly in the background (end-to-end, they took care of everything). They partner with great service providers, so any minor issues we would simply see a receipt after the fact, while for larger repairs we would immediately see multiple quotes and options to move forward.
Similarly they did an awesome job of navigating selling the property while a tenant was moving out, providing great recommendations and support along the way.
Definitely recommend their services!

We were making a cross-country move to relocate to Texas for work, and Alexa Goodman made the process a breeze. Her local knowledge and ability to read us and gather insight into what we were looking for were amazing -- she's got great intuition and fantastic interpersonal skills! She was responsive and pro-active and helped guide us through what could have been a really confusing relocation process. We'd recommend her in a heartbeat, and are thrilled to call her a friend now, too!
