Cornelius Dandridge

Cornelius “Corey” Dandridge, Jr. is a Richmond native with over 25 years of community service and a lifelong passion for the spaces people call home. A VCU Finance graduate, Corey built a strong foundation in insurance, financial services, and mortgages before launching a successful landscaping company in 2011—an experience that strengthened his eye for property value and design. Now a trusted Realtor with ICON Realty, Corey combines his sales expertise with a genuine, client-first approach, helping buyers, sellers, and investors make confident, long-term decisions. Outside of real estate, he enjoys coaching youth sports, spending time with family, and exploring the outdoors through travel, fishing, and golf.
