I appreciated the fact that she was available 24/7 to answer any questions and help what with was a stressful process quite painless. She was always on top of the title company and the loan guy to ensure that all the necessary paperwork was present and being processed in a timely manor. She staged my house well, advertised it well, and as a result we had an offer within the week. After showing us a few houses she was able to key in on what we were looking for so as not to waste our time by showing houses we would not like.
