Dan Fabbri of Century 21. Dan and his team really took the stress out of selling our parent's home. His suggestions on how to prepare the house of sale including the pricing was right on target. We had a offer one day after being listed for an amount several percentage points over the asking price. Dan also took on the task of installing the required smoke and CO2 detectors. If you look into the Everett requirements for passing a fire department inspection for the sale of a home you will feel the pain. Dan was wonderful to work with. He was always available to answer any questions that I had and was able to handle the hiring and managing of a few contractors that needed to come in and touch up a few things and clean before we got the house ready for the sale.
We weren't ready for a move, but the market dictated that the time for us to sell was immediately. There was a lot of anxiety for my wife and I meeting the goal to put it on the market as soon as we did, but with Dan's professionalism and expertise we got outrageous results.

Dan was knowledgeable of the market, clear in his communications and accurate with his advice about what it would take to sell my home. The entire transaction, from the time we first spoke to closing, took less than 60 days. I was an out of town owner so I was concerned that there would be complications I could not handle from afar. Every aspect from preparing the home for sale, arranging for cleaning and contractors to handle small repairs was handled by Dan, his staff and attorney. The house sold 5 days after being listed for several thousand more than what I was asking. Dan told me it was worth more than I was asking and he was right.
