Dan and his team was great. He gave us good information on the process. The marketing was very good. The office staff had paper work prepared and ready and they guide us though the sale. They always where there with answers and if not Dan would show up and have the answer and make sure there where no other issues. It was a easy sale.

Dan knows the market extremely well. His initial estimate was extremely close to our final price and was better than all estimates provided by other realtors.
