When I knew we were ready to sell, Dania Perry came highly recommended and was the only agent I considered. I knew I would be in good hands because of her expertise and years of experience. And when there are so many details that need attention when selling a property, I could relax knowing she wouldn't be one of them. She made the process so simple, clear and easy. Our sale was a success under her direction and because of her professionalism.

Picking Dania to sell our family beach house was a no-brainer. Her knowledge of the real estate market, our local beach market and her ability to navigate through all the hurdles that were thrown our way were second to none. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property in the beach and surrounding Tampa Bay Area.

I've owned approx. 20 homes. Dania is the best "closing" agent I've had. From a prospective buyer showing through negotiations and close, she excels above all other agents that I've seen. She even managed "me" well after the first contract fell through and as she said, "we'll find you the right buyer" and she did.

Dania far exceeded our expectations! We didn't like realtors before her and in fact bought many homes without a realtor because we thought we didn't need help. But when we wanted to purchase an expensive beach house, we knew we needed help. Once we met Dania, we knew she was different. She was so quick to answer the phone, return our phone calls, make time for us and was always so kind in her communication. We soon realized she has alot of clout in the industry and that goes very far when buying a high priced home. We couldn't be happier with our decision to have her help us!

Dania and her team were total professionals. Everything was done with swiss watch precision.

Dania and her team did an excellent job of marketing and selling both of our homes. We listed both as interest rates began to rise and the market slowed. Dania took personal interest in every showing to ensure the buyers we well informed and that the features and benefits of the homes were identified. This took a year and we were challenged a few times on the second home sale as we went through 4 contract executions. This certainly made Dania's work harder and tried our patience.as we approached 1 year on the market. Despite these challenges, Dania's persistence and determination led to a successful closing. Both homes were sold one at 91.7% of listing price, and the other at 78.5% of listing price. As you can see by my ratings, I would recommend Dania and re-hire in the future.
