And when there are so many details that need attention when selling a property, I could relax knowing she wouldn't be one of them. She made the process so simple, clear and easy. Our sale was a success under her direction and because of her professionalism.

Dania and her team were total professionals. Everything was done with swiss watch precision.

Dania and her team did an excellent job of marketing and selling both of our homes. We listed both as interest rates began to rise and the market slowed. Dania took personal interest in every showing to ensure the buyers we well informed and that the features and benefits of the homes were identified. This took a year and we were challenged a few times on the second home sale as we went through 4 contract executions. This certainly made Dania's work harder and tried our patience.as we approached 1 year on the market. Despite these challenges, Dania's persistence and determination led to a successful closing. Both homes were sold one at 91.7% of listing price, and the other at 78.5% of listing price. As you can see by my ratings, I would recommend Dania and re-hire in the future.
