Dania Perry has assisted us in selling our house in 2020. She was helpful and very informed on the market prices. Always professional and punctual, receptive to our comments, and assertive on the market conditions. Despite the pandemic, she managed to bring a lot of potential customers and managed to show the house in a safe manner, using the best protective measures. When an offer was made, she kept us informed of the negotiations. The closing process was handled without any issues, the closing agent was proactive in getting all documents in order. All questions were answered immediately, Dania Perry was assisted by her husband, as well as a small team of associates that helped make the whole process run seamlessly.

Dania Perry is extremely professional and personal all at once which quite rare. She exceeded all of our expectations for selling and buying of our properties.
