Dania is truly a gem! From the moment she came into our home she made us truly feel like we were important to her and a top priority.
Dania was always professional, tenacious and kind in answering all of our questions no matter how many we asked. We loved working with her son Donovan too. He was helpful and professional. Dania knows this market and we felt like she could not have performed any better with all aspects of our sale. We actually had an above asking price contract within 4 days along with a back up contract. This was saavy on Dania's part because the first one ended up backing out and the back up contract became the buyer. We truly would not use anyone else, Dania is simply is the best.
