Made the experience painless

It was a very emotional decision to sell this home. I loved it but it was a second home that I wasn’t using as much anymore and was far from retiring. She could tell that I was torn. Even after she sat down with me and spent time going through the comps and sales plan, she looked me dead in the eye and told me she’d tear up the contract tomorrow if I changed my mind and wanted to stay. At that point I knew it wasn’t about the sale but rather doing right by her client.

I will call Dania when I’m ready to buy again.
