I did extensive research, looking for the realtor with the strongest track record in "actually selling" high-end luxury water front homes in Pinellas County. I narrowed it down to 5 top selling Realtors. After interview each, I contracted with Dania Perry of Jim White Century 21. Dania had not only the strongest performance record, but the best marketing proposal as well. She did not let us down. In fact she delivered everything she said she would, in the time frame that she said it would happen in. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for the best high-end luxury home realtor in Pinellas County. You will not be disappointed!
