Daniel always made himself available on any day of the week, with not much notice.provided by me This includes national holidays, if you've really found a gem. He knows the local market and multiple neighborhoods in detail and can give good understanding as to what a confident offer is for a particular neighborhood when considering the state of the home you're viewing. He can help you identify the right purchase price to offer, depending on how you feel about a house (ie. Do you want a bargain or did you find a house you can't walk away from?)

Daniel has a good amount of contacts for inspection, home insurance, and anything else you may need...at a competitive price as we did our own quoting for some services to compare with what his contacts offered us. He'll even get involved in giving preliminary inspections (albeit unofficial, but typically spot-on assessments), and this will help greatly in your home search while keeping costs from creeping.
