I cannot say enough amazing things about Darian. During one of the most emotional and difficult times in my life, she went above and beyond for me and my family. She helped save my commercial property from foreclosure when things felt impossible, and at the same time successfully sold my personal property with professionalism, compassion, and dedication every step of the way.

What truly sets Darian apart is not just her knowledge and work ethic, but the genuine care and support she showed throughout the entire process. She was patient, understanding, always available when I needed guidance, and fought hard to help me get through an incredibly stressful situation.

Darian is hands down the best realtor, she goes above and beyond! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. We went through some unique situations when we thought we had found the home we wanted for our family, she stayed in communication with us, called everyone possible to help us navigate the situation. When things fell through, and we were devastated, felt like giving up, she kept us positive, she was on top of quickly finding a new home that would fit us perfectly. When we found our new home, it only had been on the market for 3 days, Darian fought hard for us, she negotiated the best deal for our family, got us enough concessions to buy down a rate big time. We are so grateful we had her as our realtor, she cares so much and it shows. We couldn't have don't all this without her!

Where do I even begin this review? A realtor is somebody who Helps sell and/or find a home for a client and them through paperwork. Darian is more than just a Realtor for hire, she is somebody who goes above and beyond for the sole purpose of love and support of the ones blessed to call her their realtor. She does more than find or sell a home. She becomes your friend and your GREATEST ally during the home selling/buying process, which can sometimes feel like a battlefield of emotions! Even through the troubles and frustration of a seller breaching on us, she reassured and re motivated us to find the one we truly fell in love with.
