My fiancé and I started looking for our first home in April. We had no idea what we were doing and started by looking at the usual websites like Zillow and Redfin. She was immediately accommodating to every request we had (even last minute requests). She walked us through every home she could and taught us about different things to look for that we would have missed otherwise. Not only was she extremely helpful, she also very attentive to our needs and genuinely cared about our experience and where we ended up living. After we left the home that we are now about to close on, she said that was the one that truly felt like our home and we felt the same way. I couldn’t have asked for someone better to take us through this process!! We are extremely happy and excited to be moving soon and would not have been able to do it without her! Typically testimonial aren't my thing, but after working with Darlene Burnside I would be remiss if I did not rave about the outstanding experience I had with her in obtaining my first home! I was introduced to Darlene back in 2013 when I was ready but somewhat apprehensive about the home ownership process, and boy I couldn’t have received a better gift!
