The typical home value stands at $530,000, about 7.83% lower than a year ago but up 1.92% month over month, while the median list price holds steady at $575,000 with no monthly change. Compared with Travis County’s typical value of $499,945, Austin remains somewhat higher, and projections show the city’s typical value edging to $535,000 next month as inventory is expected to rise to 4,398.
Time on market has shifted notably, dropping 41.24% from last month to a median of 57 days, yet still sitting 23.91% higher than a year ago.
