Flo took care of everything for us as we had moved out of state. She made valid suggestions and followed through on any issues that had to be taken care of in person. We really appreciated all of the extra steps she took to make things go smoothly and timely! Flo kept in touch with us through the whole process. We felt very comfortable and confident with her. Flo always did what she said she would do in a timely fashion. She made us feel like she cared.
