Flo and Tim know the town, real estate trends and have all the experience. There was no need to look elsewhere.

Selling, buying and moving can be stressful. Having a realtor that removes part of that stress and provides great advice. If I were to buy or sell again I would call Flo. We could not have done this without her. Listed for more than I thought we would, sold for our asking price. Flo provides real value and makes things happen.

We were from out of state and so the procedure was handle between Flo in Florida and our family in Indiana. We could be more happy about how helpful Flo was in getting some painting done for us, handling the Title Company and basically doing it all and keeping us informed.
