WE WHERE IN AZ AND SOLD OUR HOUSE. AFTER OUR FRIENDS TOLD US ABOUT FLO & TIM WE CALLED THEM AND ASKED THEM TO FIND A HOME FOR US. WE HAD OUR SPECIAL NEEDS THEY WHERE 1. MUST BE FURNISHED AN 2. IN KING PT WAS OUR PICK. THEY FOUND JUST WHAT WE WHERE LOOKING FOR AND AT THE PRICE WE WANTED TIM TOOK PICTURES BESIDES WHAT WAS ON THE INTERNET. FLO SENT ME DOC AND WORKED WITH ME AND I SPOKE WITH FLO ASSISTANT LINDA SHE WAS GREAT EXPLAINING EVERYTHING WORKED VERY HEARD AND WALKED ME THRU THE DOCUMENTS AND PROCEDURES. MY HUSBAND AND I OUR VERY HAPPY WE CHOSE TO GO WITH TIM AND FLO TEAM THEY WHERE GREAT PEOPLE AND NEW WHAT THEY WHERE DOING AT ALL TIMES.

Flo and her Team made everything go smoothly. They were attentive to our questions and concerns. The transaction was smooth and swift, and the staff was knowledgeable, available at all hours, understanding of our concerns and needs. Working with a family of six children makes closings challenging, but they made it happen in a timely manner sandpapered to understand all that was involved in the sale.

Flo and Tim were very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with.

Flo was an easy person to communicate with, she knows her stuff.When she left the house after the first meeting with her my wife and I both said almost together I am very impressed with her. She continued to be that way through out the time it took to sell the house. She recommended, an electrician, a painter, a handyman, a hard wood flooring guy, a cleaning company. All of these professionals were very good and did a good job at a fair price. This was a direct reflection on Flo’s professionalism that even the people she recommends are good. I say thank you Flo.
