I am not sure how Mike found our last off-market deal, but I believe it was due to his deep connections within Real Estate in Marin. He walked us through the negotiation process and helped secure the investment property. He was upfront/transparent with us and the selling realtor. I feel this helped get to a negotiated price quicker and with less stress.
