We chose Donna from a Google search as I just had a feeling she was the one we should choose. Turns out my instincts were spot on as Donna Rizzo is an absolute gem! 4--days later we sold our house. This is YOUR realtor. Trust me!

First let me say that working with Donna Rizzo was the best. She should be voted realtor of the year! My cousin had used her and told me she was the best and, she is. I told Donna that we wanted to move closer to our kids. She asked us where and if we had a place to go - we did not, so she said she would find something that we would like. Our house had to be sold. She offered some ideas to change and move just a few things around and, she helped me do it .She made sure we were happy with everything she was doing and, we were. She helped me with a lot of stuff so that the sale of our house would go smoothly and it did, thanks to her. There are so many things i could say about her but I would need a book. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars with 5 being the top, Donna Rizzo's rating is 5. She is extremely knowledgeable, very personable and wonderful to work with. Donna also pays attention to every detail when it comes to listing a house on the market. She advised me to take care of a few details inside and outside the house before putting it on the market. Donna also personally inspected the home to ensure that it was in tip top shape. The pictures, video and listing for the house were very well done. Donna listed the house in mid-November. The house was sold and closing took place in late January. Overall, Donna did an outstanding job!
