Evan was great and handled the process well. We were ready to bid on a house on A Monday. Called us several times on that Sunday. He found a better one for us and wanted for us to come down and look. Needless to say he was right. Put a bid in that night although they had other offers the same day. Had to rebid and they accepted our bid that week. Thanks to Evan for being persistent! Has also helped us since we moved in also. Great guy and realtor.

He priced it just right to get the greatest interest in the property which resulted in an insane amount of appts the 1st several days, and resulted in a bidding war that provided me much more than we listed it for !
