As a first time home owner, I was nervous about the closing process and responsibilities of buying a home, but thanks to Ginnafer, I had the perfect guide and reassurance. She did an amazing job at helping me get my foot in the door (pun intended). She also went out of her way to communicate daily and to keep me updated on any changes or new information. If I ever sell or buy another home, I'll definitely give Ginnafer a call!
