I would recommend Greg to anyone buying a house, whether it's your first home or your last home. He was great through the whole process, was very knowledgeable, and most importantly the people he surrounds himself professionally with are all 5 star! 99% of our purchasing and selling process went super smoothly, but things went sideways on the day of closing (no fault of Greg's at all) because of issues with the seller of the house we were purchasing. How Greg and his team helped and came through for me and my family over the next week was amazing and is why he is my go-to real estate guy. All of the people Greg aligns himself with (closing attorneys, lender, etc) all worked with us diligently to get us in our new house (the attorneys even worked over the weekend for us - wow!). If we were working with any other realtor and team, we would not have gotten into our house. Greg and his team are top notch and nothing short of the best!
