We were a little hesitant to start the real estate buying process in the Tampa area, considering we live in Texas & could not be present to see each & every house we were interested in. James Adair made the entire process extremely easy. We started our home search around Thanksgiving, 2019, & closed on our new home in July, 2020. When a house we were interested in came on the market, James would visit the house & video everything in the home. If he felt it was not up to his & our standards, he would let us know. When the perfect house became available, he was ready to make an offer for us. We then could arrange to fly down for a home inspection, using a very reliable home inspector that James recommended & then proceed with the purchase. Again, James & his team made the entire process very easy.
