I am a realtor in the Tampa Bay area since 2018. I started my career with new home construction sales, which helped me understand how a home is built from the ground up. I moved to general real estate and helped people buy and sell their homes. I've also gotten into the home flipping and renting business. But my main focus now is helping people sell or find their dream home. I am results-driven and have received Top Producer awards with my broker. I do have a friendly personality. I believe you can be kind while still being firm during negotiations with other realtors, and often it is helpful. I have an extensive understanding of how and why markets react and shift.
