I am experienced in all areas of residential sales including but not limited to working with first time buyers, age restricted communities, investors, vacation and 2nd homes, residential income properties, luxury properties and much more.... I am also a real estate investor and have purchased renovated, and leased many investment homes. I have experience in creating value add renovations and the re design and staging of homes. I am extremely detail oriented and well versed in may different areas.
