JC is a lifesaver!!!!! Truly would use her every time I buy or sell a home! I hate to even admit this but I tried using one of those "cheap" real estate companies to sell my home in 2020.....it what was a sellers market, homes were closing in days, and yet my home sat on the market for 30+ days with not much traction and a lot of wasted time. I quickly fired them and hired JC. In a heartbeat she turned things around! Gave me helpful tips on how my home would show better, organized open houses and went to bat for us! By the next month my home was closing and we were moving out! As I embarked on my next adventure I had a list of 5 non negotiables for my next home. I had pretty much given up, when JC saved the day yet again!!! She found me the perfect home that hit every item on my wish list. I cannot rave about JC enough. She found me the unicorn I was hoping for and I couldn't be happier!
