We really enjoyed working with Jeff. He helped us buy our first home and sell our first home! We are thankful to have him apart of this big commitment!!

Working with Jeff while trying to buy a house made it so much easier not just finding the right one! But also going through the process of buying the house! We did everything over the phone to include a virtual tour of the house and he exceeded our expectations and helped us decide between many houses. Jeff is very resourceful and an excellent realtor to work with!! I would recommend him to anyone who is wanting to buy a house and doesn't know much about the process!!!

Jeff was very helpful, dealt with us when things were tough and kept telling us we would get through it. Our problems were with the other realtor, which had no idea what she was doing ( putting that politely). Jeff took the time to talk to us and walk us through the process because this is our second time buying a home. Would definitely use/ recommend Jeff to family and friends.

Jeff was fantastic to work with. He was very personable and gained the trust of me and wife immediately. I could reach him at any point of the day or night and there was no such thing as a dumb question. Phenomenal to work with and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Went through United Veterans for a VA loan, was teamed up with Jeff through them as a united veterans partner. Did a great job, listened to our concerns on location among other factors. We showed him a few we saw on the market and he showed us stuff he found based around the criteria of our searches. We found a great place and a good price in the area. With a little TLC in the house, we found a place that we can call home. Thank you Jeff for being a partner with united veterans and helping us in this home buying adventure!

Jeff Holtsclaw was patient with us as we had a lot of questions. We had never sold a house before and Jeff Holtsclaw took us thru the steps and eased our fears. We will definitely ask Jeff again if we ever sell a house again!

Jeff was excellent. I am a new buyer and had no idea what I was doing. I would have never figured out the entire process without him.

He did far more than I ever expected. This purchase would have never happened if not for his determination to make sure everything went through. It was a difficult lender situation and I had pretty much given up until he came out of left field with the last lender that ended up working out. He secured a offer for the house that benefited me greatly and helped me close on the house from a personal financial aspect. He was on top of things the entire way and did a great job making sure the various people we dealt with did their jobs also. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to have for this purchase and will 100% recommend him and Century 21 to anyone that is looking to buy.

It's been a long road in a chaotic market. Jeff actively provided homes that were what I was looking for as well as some close to the target and budget. He was always prompt on questions and scheduling. At the end of it all, I got a home was wanting. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family. Thank you, Jeff.

Jeff got me a walkthrough for the property in a very timely manner. When I told him I wanted to put a bid on it, he also hurried that process along and got seller to accept an offer the same day. In the housing market at the time, speed was critical.
