Jeff Holtsclaw was very responsive and there was never much delay in communication. He always seemed to have time to show a house, and made me feel like I was the only person he was working with. He knew the answers to all my questions, or at least knew who would. He was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home quickly and with minimal hiccups.

Our experience with Jeff was the best! We were first-time homebuyers and any and every question that we had, he answered and then some! He was personable, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and kind. Where do I begin? I was a first-time homebuyer and entirely clueless about the process. Every step of the way, Jeff Holtzclaw was there to answer my endless questions - day and night. He was responsive, patient, and he cared. He gave me honest opinions about properties and I never felt pressured or rushed or unimportant. When I did decide on a property, Jeff spent hours on the phone making sure it worked out for me. Called me to tell me my offer was accepted even though it was late and after hours. He came to my home inspection. He came to my closing. I honestly couldn't recommend him more.

Additionally, I was using a VA loan to finance. These loans have rules and policies I didn't fully understand but Jeff did. And took the time to explain them. Since purchasing my home I've had discussions with friends that have had less-than-on-point experiences with their realtors. It makes me all the more thankful, so very grateful, that I had someone like Jeff. So thank you Jeff, and thank you Century 21. I adore this house and couldn't have done it without you.

During our conversation Jeff asked what type of home we were looking for and showed us homes that would suite our needs until we found the perfect house for us.
