Jenn met us to see the house the same day she was referred to us. She made the trip in some very inclement wild spring weather. I fell in love with the house the moment I stepped on the front porch . We discussed a plan of action and Jenn had an offer to the seller that evening . All of the other steps went smoothly. Being from out of town and a great distance away, Jenn helped us make all of the connections we needed, for finance, repairs and estimates. We closed 30 days later. I am very grateful for all Jenn’s assistance her communication was clear and direct. She was very available to answer questions, and I found communicating via text most convenient. I’m normally not one for words, but buying a house can be the most stressful time in one’s life. I probably same as you have heard nothing but horror stories. Whenever something would begin to worry me and I started to thinking to my self “welp, here’s where my horror story begins.” The same three words would come in a text or a call. “I’m on it!”. I can’t promise that you will have the most perfect dream scenario, but I can promise that this army of one is the perfect choice no matter what the scenario is.

Jenn was absolutely amazing! She helped me purchase my first home here in Florida. She was able to show me properties I was interested in almost immediately.
