Jenny was great to work with. She is super knowledgeable about real estate and helped us along the way. She was very straight forward and honest which made us instantly trust her. Her communication was outstanding! She let us know if she wasn't going to be available, (which was almost never!) and was so quick to text us back. My Fiancé and I were looking to buy a house and searched for a realtor based up reviews online. We found 3, Jenny Chaney was one of them. We messaged all 3 separately and right away Jenny responded within 5 minutes of our initial text. We had good dialogue and set up a time to meet with her to see if she is who we wanted to use. The meeting went great and there was ZERO pressure to sign anything to make her our realtor officially. After speaking to another realtor we called Jenny and let her know we wanted to use her. She was wonderful, she got to know us and what we wanted so she could find just the right house for us. She set up a custom search which e-mailed us houses that fit our criteria. A house came across that we were interested in and Jenny was able to get us in to view it the same day it went on the market. She submitted an offer the following day, which was accepted 2 days later. We now have a wonderful house to call home because of Jenny, who is fantastic.
