Jenny was absolutely amazing from the first time I spoke w her up until even after closing!! She was extremely helpful throughout the very long, stressful process!! I was a first time home buyer and I was extremely nervous, very little knowledge and she literally held my hand the whole time!! Even with things that were not really regarding the house or the search!! She was always friendly, prompt, and always went above and beyond for me. She proved herself and being trustworthy from the very beginning also, that was important to me! Many people are selfish and only out for themselves and she was far from that!! Always had my best interest at heart!! She's an amazing realtor, but she is also a genuine, kind, and extremely patient as a person. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ms. Jenny!!

This is the 3rd time I've had the pleasure of working with Jenny Chaney.  She was used by my wife to sell her house, and we used her to buy our new house.  Jenny was an all-star.  Communication was GREAT, she always replied back ASAP.  She made wonderful/helpful suggestions of things I should do to enhance the value of my property.  Jenny listed my property on a Friday and by Monday (yes 3 days later) I had 5 offers after having 20 showings.  All 5 offers were over asking price.  The house sold for just over 30k over asking after the bidding war had subsided.  If you need an all-star realtor, look no further than Jenny Chaney from Century 21.
