Joel & his team did an amazing job. I had a buyer with a week of him listing the condo. He was amazing during the COVID crisis. I am out of state seller and was trying to do everything remotely. I had not picked a broker yet but because of his professional manner and positive outlook during the process, I chose Joel . He was the only one that maintained the connection and was positive. After the renovations were done and it was ready to sell, he had professional pictures made and put on Zillow immediately. I had two showings within the first two days and an offer that week.
