Juan has been very helpful throughout the whole process of selling 2 of my properties in South Tampa.

He goes above and beyond for his clients, is friendly and knowledgeable about the market. When it comes to negotiating, for both properties, he was able to secure a sales price over the asking amount.

I would recommend Juan to anyone that is in the position of selling their property and needs a trustworthy agent as he definitely exceeded my expectations!
