I worked with a realtor prior to Juanita who was not satisfactory. I can tell you now choosing to use Juanita was a breath of fresh air! She has done all she can for me with negotiations on buying as well as on selling a home. She has 100% looked out for me as a client. Even more than that she is just so friendly, that I feel like we've become friends! Any questions I've had even if she didn't know she found out.
