I hired him to sell my home and within 4 days he had a contract. He priced right on target area. Very nice and personable. Checks on your property regularly. First realtor ever had that went to home before bad cold weather was coming turned up heat, opened up doors under sinks to help from freezing then went back after storm check on things.
