Buying our first home with Kara was EASY! We were new to the area and didn't know the first thing about buying a home. Kara not only helped to guide us to the perfect home, but made the entire process a breeze. She absolutely knows her stuff, and is professional, honest and reliable to boot. We used her referrals for a lender and home insurance and both turned out to be great. She even adorned our new home with a custom wreath (made of hops for our beer loving family!) and hand delivered Halloween treats and Thanksgiving pie. We can't say enough about our awesome experience!

Kara genuinely cares for her clients and did everything she could to find a perfect home for us. She shared with us that when she is working on a deal, she thinks of our money as her money and will go above and beyond to secure the best possible contract for her clients (even if that means less money in her pocket when the deal closes).
