After dealing with what I view as inappropriate and unqualified agent/loan officer, I finally found Karla Jimenez. She an excellent real estate agent, and very well qualified at what she does. From the beginning she sat with us, went over step by step of "her" selling home processes. She handed us a booklet from which she described every single detail of what to expect from her, and she from us. No hidden agendas here. She's gladly met with us several times, communicated effectively via email, text and telephone. If there's been a change, an issue or whatever, Karla has not failed to convey that to us IMMEDIATELY. I completely and fully recommend Karla 100% to anyone looking to purchase a home...we are very thankful to her professionalism and kind heart. Thank you Karla!!

She was also extremely patient with me and my need to see so many houses, spend so much time looking, and ask so many questions. Never did I feel like my neediness was an imposition to her.
