Kathy was like working with an old friend. No gimmicks, just trustworthy and easy to work with. I live in Texas and she acted as if it were her property.

After accepting an offer, we had 3 weeks until settlement. Kathy went "above and beyond" to get all of the paperwork and necessary inspections completed in time. Since we live 2 hours away, this was invaluable! We have such faith in Kathy that we listed a second house with her for sale around the same time that the first house went to settlement.
