Kathy made the process of purchasing our dream vacation home so easy. She was never to busy to answer a call or text and exceeded our expectations in every way. Kathy didn't hesitate when we asked her to meet us at the house so our children could see the house we put a bid on. Our children got to see the house and were very thankful to Kathy for meeting us on her day off. Kathy is definitely one of the best in her field and will be recommended to everyone we know who may want to purchase a home!

With our home under contract and deadlines looming on the horizon Kathy spent many hours searching for a home that not only met our requirements but fit our family. We decided on 3802 Bay Dr after several visits because as Kathy said "it felt right" for our family. A simple remark that guided us as we toured homes. Kathy knew our goals, put our interest first and worked tirelessly to help us achieve the purchase of this home. This simple phrase shows why C21 agents are the best in the business; they place the needs of the client first! Our best advice to buyers; work with and listen to your Century 21 agent to find the home best suited for you.

Life has its moments and change is often inevitable but selling your home is probably one of the hardest things you will ever do. With that in mind consider how hard it would be if you didn't have a realtor who was as concerned as you and as caring as Kathy. Although probably biased as a family members we have watched Kathy work over the years without really considering how hard she works until we hired her as our agent. Exceptional is the one word that comes to mind. Trained, professional, able to sever the family connection and act in our best interest. We didn't always agree but she knew our goals and helped us achieve them. Kudo's for a job well done.

Ms. Harron has just the right amount of offense yet not to the point of being irritating or too aggressive: this is a very tough line to walk and she does it perfectly.

In particular she was always available, provided whatever it was we asked for, and always went the extra mile to keep our purchase on track. Her recommendations were always very good, and more than once I had to eat a little crow and acknowledge Ms. Harron was right and I was wrong - but never once did she make it a contest. It was always she and us working together, as a team, to find and make the right purchase.

I trust she is rewarded accordingly, she is too good to let get away.

I was referred to Kathleen Harron from a realtor outside of Century 21. I'd had a home for sale in Lower Township for over 2 years, with no interested buyers. After speaking with Kathy for 10 minutes, I knew I'd be choosing her as my next realtor. She was honest, knowledgable, and completely straightforward with all of her recommendations, and planning. She knows her market very well, and after 2 years, with no interested buyers, my home was under contract in less than 3 months, and sold a month later! Phenomenal experience, I highly recommend her as an agent.

Kathleen Harron was very knowledgeable on sales prices and inventory in my area. Kathleen knew how to price and market my property and she was very hands on with everything from start to finish. Our purchase was very difficult and took a long time. There were a few times that we wanted to go back to look at the house, Kathy had no problem making arrangements to show us the house again. She kept us informed about what was going on at all times, answerig all our question.

We started looking 3 years ago for a property in the villas. Kathleen was very patient over that time period and was always happy to spend time with us when we found new properties we were interested in. She truly came to understand what type or property we were looking for as well as the price range we were comfortable in. She was great to work with!
