Having lived in Wilmington, NC since 2000 and having been a broker since 2000, I have seen tremendous growth. Originally from Upstate NY, I moved here with my husband to escape the cold, snowy Northeastern weather, and we love it. I graduated with an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. My corporate negotiating experience with GE and Lockheed Martin smoothly transitions to real estate.

My daughter graduated from New Hanover Public Schools and I volunteered during the time she attended. I am familiar with New Hanover Schools and neighborhoods. I have real estate accreditations and training in senior real estate, short sale transactions, and advanced studies in real estate. I also am a real estate investor.
